The Zoo Story put Edward Albee on the American theater map for its compelling and provocative portrayal of two very different men. It explores themes of isolation, loneliness, communication and the gap between those who have and those who have not.

Pentacle Theatre lifetime member, Jo Dodge, has selected this play as the theater’s entry in next year’s Oregon Community Theatre Alliance one-act competition. The competition will take place in Salem. If the entry wins at this level, the show will travel to Idaho for regionals.
